My passion and drive comes with working with my clients towards recovery, healing, and helping them be their awesome-selves. I’m certified in lymphatic therapy, medical massage, and sports massage. I have extensive experience in trigger point therapy, myofascial release deep tissue work, cupping, scraping (gua sha), and prenatal care. I create personalized treatment plans that address your body’s unique needs — whether you're an athlete, recovering from surgery, or just in need of relief and reset.
